We liked it as it was really big. It wasn’t the biggest hotel we’ve been in but not far off. We went in a bigger hotel once but I can’t remember where it was because of the statins I have to take caused by eating battered sausages. Nearby there is a massive river which was quite wide, probably wider than the River Thames in Alperton near Wembley, which has an enormous Sainsbury’s and a car park with thousands of car parking spaces probably one of the biggest carparks in London. There’s a beach next to the river which is very small. I guess it’s one of the smallest in Europe but it’s inland, so obviously there isn’t any seagulls or anything. You can sunbath but obviously take precautions with sunscreen, because the sun can be hot in the summer, almost as hot as the sun in Cordoba although we haven’t been there my wife told me that it was the hottest place in the world apart from Africa which has the most sand dunes ever discovered. Food is very nice and Spanish make a specialty called Traperz, which is a bit like small fish fingers or meatballs on a saucer . It’s customary to tip the food in a pint of lager and neck it in one but we didn’t do that but some English tourist apparently do.

The duty manager on reception was warm, friendly, helpful and professional. We arrived on Spain's national day official holiday and the restaurant was closed. We hadn't been warned about this and had to make other arrangements. She gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us get drinks and snacks while she was busy with other guests presumably in the same position but managed us all cheerfully and efficiently. She arranged with the restaurant manager for us to eat breakfast with our dog in a separate room. Thank you!

It’s a clean facility in a quiet location. The front desk service from Roberto was outstanding! Our luggage was delayed and didn’t arrive with us in our flight, so Roberto was very accommodating with information, toiletries, specific locations for food and clothing. Morning breakfast was delicious to our liking and inexpensive. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Excellent business hotel, in a quiet residential area, some distance walk from the centre of the old town attractions. The suite we booked was very comfortable, with spotless wooden floors (why do some hotels still use carpets, which hoard dirt and stains) and a great superking bed, with quality white crisp linens.

Friendly, happy staff on reception and at breakfast. Night staff greeted us and gave us options for food at a late hour. Lovely breakfast. Good selection of fresh fruit and loved the small pots of baked beans. Well presented.
